What are Quarry Critters made of?
Quarry Critters are made of a very unique material that took Don Thomas, Second Nature Design’s founder, two years to develop. It is a faux granite and resin blend that is cool and smooth to the touch and simulates real stone.
The original idea for the Quarry project came from Don Thomas but it’s taken a lot of hard work and dedication from Elaine Cox as the primary sculptor. Additional Quarry products are developed under Don’s direction at Gaylord Ho’s design studio. Elaine Cox is, according to Don, one of the two most talented sculptors he’s ever encountered. Gaylord Ho is the other and Don feels blessed to be closely associated with both.

Can I place my Quarry Critters outside?
Quarry Critters are both indoor and outdoor products! Put them in your garden, by your pool or welcome someone to your home with our welcome bear. Whether they are put inside or outside they are sure to make you smile.
What do I do if I am having problems with the website?
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape version 4.0 or higher. If you have any additional questions please call your Internet provider.
At what trade shows will you be exhibiting?
We are at 24 regional and national trade shows a year. Please click on the Upcoming Shows button to see the show schedule.
How can I get a wholesale catalog?
Click on the Contact Us button and fill in your store name, full address, and tax id number and we will mail you one.
What are your minimum order requirements?
$150.00 for your first order, $100.00 for re-orders. There will be a $5.00 under minimum charge for re-orders under $100.00. Sales Rep approval is needed for all new customers. This will take 7 to 10 days, and will insure there is not another store close to your location already selling this product. It is advisable to purchase your first order with a Visa or MasterCard. This will expedite the order as credit takes time to process.
**Please note that most items are sold in pre-packs. We do NOT break up pre-packs.
How do I get a password to order wholesale products online?
If you are a current customer with a store number please click on retailers area button, then current retailer button. E-mail us your store name, customer number, and a 4-character password, which can be letters, numbers or a combination of both. We cannot process your password without all of the above information. We will then e-mail you your final password, which will be 6 digits to the e-mail address you contacted us at.
If you are a possible new retailer please click on the new retailer button and fill out all the information. Make sure you include your Tax ID number. We will then mail you a catalog, credit application and additional information. Please make your first order by FAX 480-961-4178 or call 1-800-939-3963. After your first order has shipped and you are in good standing click on the current retailer button and we will issue a password so you can then order online.
How do I get my store listed on the store locator?
If you are a retailer selling our product and your account is in good standing you will be automatically listed under your store zip code. If you are a new retailer upon approval you will be added to the store locator. This will take 48 hours to be processed.
Yes, it is a $6.00 fee per order, price subject to change, and is only available in the U.S. **Please note we do not break up items that are packed in pre-packs.
How often does Second Nature Design introduce new products?
We introduce new products in January and June. Click on our New Introductions button to see all of our new additions.

What are Gigglin’ Groceries?
They are cartoon style fruits and vegetables sculpted by artist Jack Graham. These cute pieces sell very well once retailers decide to place them in their store. One Hallmark store in a large city told us they had 13 turns in just 6 months!
